You will develop profitable and sustainable sales for the complete Global Business Unit portfolio.
You will be implementing the strategies in conjunction with Global Business Unit Sales & Marketing Manager.
You will be leading the implementation of the strategies and initiatives at a country level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts within the country.
You will be managing the market demand for Global Business Unit including third party sales, internal sales and channels.
You will be developing the business strategies and Sales & Marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams.
You will be overseeing the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition and emerging technologies.
In line with the sales team strategy, you will be managing and developing appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts, also you will be serving as escalation point for questions and issues by collecting customer feedback and providing the necessary input.
You will be leading the PGHV domestic sales team by ensuring that area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaching, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within the HR policies will also be one of your responsibilities.
You are in possession of a Bachelor degree in the field of electro/energy technology.
Preferably with a few years of work experience in a sales position, preferably in a technical environment.
You are able to combine a strong and commercial insight with a result-oriented attitude.
You are solution-oriented and like to think along with the client.
You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant, accurate and a real team player.
A good command of both oral and written Dutch and English.
A driver's license B is required.
