As part of the Customer Care team, the Technical Support Representative is responsible for the technical support of the companies products.
You handle distributor and dealer contacts for technical assistance and escalated customer cases as required.
These duties include handling distributor, dealer and customer phone calls, letters, e-mails and social media contacts regarding product information and technical service.
You ensure cases are completely resolved, cost effectively, in a timely and professional manner.
You will serve as the technical product, parts and procedural expert for dealers, distributors and other departments within the company.
Helps prepare, maintain and present training programs and documentation.
The work requires the level of educational development normally acquired through completion of a bachelor degree in a technical field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with dealers, customers and internal personnel to resolve day to day issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
You have proficiency with various pc-based computer systems is required.
You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of potentially stressful customer contacts in a professional manner.
Ability to effectively communicate about technical issues in English and at least two other major European languages. Knowledge of a fourth and fifth language are a bonus.
